What should be in a new hire kit?
Something to drink from, something to write in, and one piece that feels like a gift rather than a giveaway. The things people keep are the things they would have bought anyway, which is why a good bottle or notebook outperforms a branded stress ball. Start with a budget per hire and work backwards from it.
Is there a minimum order?
Merch Packs start at 24. We produce the whole run at volume, store it, and release packs one at a time as people start, so you get bulk pricing without holding the boxes yourself or reordering every month.
What does an employee onboarding kit cost?
It depends on the pieces, the quantity and the decoration, so we quote it rather than publish a price. Tell us your headcount and a per-hire budget and we will come back with options that fit inside it.
Can we change what is in a pack?
Yes. The packs are starting points, not fixed SKUs. Swap the apparel, change the drinkware, add or drop a piece, or start from nothing. Most programs also run a different kit for different roles.
How do we send kits once they are made?
From the shared tracker we set up with you. Add a new hire and the pack ships. It connects to Zapier, so if you would rather not add people by hand you can trigger shipments from the tools you already use. Tracking and remaining counts sit in the same place.
Can you ship kits to remote employees?
Yes. Add the name and address and we ship the pack direct to their door, in the US or internationally.
How do you handle apparel sizes?
Set the size when you add the hire and we pack the kit then. If your program needs sizes handled a different way, tell us how you would rather run it and we will tell you whether we can.
How long does it take to set up?
Typically about 30 days from approved mockup to finished packs in our warehouse. Tighter deadlines are welcome, tell us the date you need and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Can a kit use premium brands like Vuori or Patagonia?
Yes. We carry Vuori, Patagonia, The North Face, Peter Millar, YETI, Stanley, Owala, Osprey, Moleskine and more, and they go into a kit the same way our own pieces do. It moves the per-hire cost up, which is why premium brands usually show up in kits for senior hires.
