How shipping is quoted

Shipping is quoted per order. What it costs depends on where it is going, how much it weighs, and how fast you need it. There is no free shipping threshold, and no shipping is ever added after you approve a quote: the shipping line is on the quote before you sign off.

Where orders ship from

Orders ship from production facilities across the United States. An order whose items are produced in different places can arrive in more than one shipment, and you get tracking for each one.

How long it takes

• Production time is quoted per product and shown on that product's page. It is counted in business days and starts when you approve the mockup, not when you place the order.

• Transit time is on top of production time. Ground delivery inside the continental US is typically 2 to 5 business days depending on distance.

• Rush production is available on most items. Ask before you approve the mockup, because once a job is released it runs on the standard schedule.

• If you have a hard in-hands date, tell us at quote time and we will work backward from it and tell you honestly whether it is possible.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. On shipments to individual recipients, we only offer international services that prepay duties and taxes, so the person receiving the package is never asked for money at the door. International transit typically adds 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping to individual people

Merch Packs, claim pages and releases from storage ship to one recipient at a time rather than to a single bulk address. Those are rated live against USPS, UPS and FedEx at the moment the label is bought, so you pay the real rate for that package to that address, and every shipment carries tracking.

If something arrives damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will work it out with the carrier and the supplier.
