Want a quarter-zip program with your logo on it?
Rhone runs 65 styles at a six-piece minimum, embroidered or screen printed. See the full range with live pricing at your quantity.
A quarter-zip is the piece most corporate apparel programs should start with, and custom Rhone carries nine of them across men's and women's fits. Prices run from $86 for the Atmosphere Midweight to $129 for the Landmark, and every one of them can take your logo on the left chest.
Six pieces per style and color. That is the lowest minimum of any apparel brand we carry, and it is what makes a quarter-zip program workable for one department rather than a whole company. Production runs about 20 days from mockup approval. Embroidery or screen print, left chest, back, or either sleeve.
Below is every Rhone quarter-zip and half-zip we carry, grouped by price and by who each one suits, plus what a program runs at 25 and at 100 pieces.
Why the quarter-zip is the layer worth starting with
Three things make this piece do more work than a polo or a hoodie.
It survives the dress code. Offices that have a dress code run business casual 63 percent of the time, according to a Monster poll of more than 1,300 US workers. Among workers who have one, 61 percent say it shifted recently, and the largest share of that movement was toward casual. A quarter-zip is the one layer that reads correctly in both directions.
Hybrid schedules put it to work. Gallup's Q2 2025 survey of 17,660 US workers puts hybrid employees on site 46 percent of the workweek, about 2.3 days. Those are the days a logo gets seen, and a layer is what someone grabs on the way out the door.
The math holds up at $112. ASI's 2026 Ad Impressions Study puts fleece and outerwear under four tenths of a cent per impression over the life of the piece, and found that 78 percent of US consumers keep a promotional item because it is useful. That is the argument for spending more on fewer things.
Sizing is the quiet reason it works. A polo has to fit. A quarter-zip goes over whatever someone is already wearing, so a size run that is one off still gets worn rather than left in a drawer. On an order of a hundred pieces across a team you have never measured, that tolerance is worth more than any fabric spec.
The custom Rhone quarter-zip range, men's and women's
Nine styles, from $86 to $129. Each card below shows live pricing at your quantity and a quote button.
The entry quarter-zips, $86 to $94
Rhone Men's Atmosphere Midweight Quarter-Zip, from $86, is the cheapest way into the range and the one we put in front of teams ordering fifty or more. The Rise Quarter-Zip and Founder's Golf Quarter-Zip, both $94, sit a step up. Rise is the plainer of the two and the safer pick when the order goes to a mixed group. Founder's Golf is the one to send if the occasion is an outing.
The sweater-weight quarter-zips, $112 to $129
The Commuter Quarter-Zip Sweater, from $112 reads as knitwear rather than performance apparel, which is what you want when the piece goes to a client or an executive. It is also the one piece in the range that does not look like company merch from across a room. The Dreamstate Quarter-Zip at the same $112 is the softer of the pair and the better gift. Landmark at $129 is the most structured of the three and the closest Rhone gets to a jacket you can wear at a desk.
Women's quarter-zips and half-zips, $103 to $129
On the women's side, the Course To Court Quarter-Zip at $103 is the match for the men's Rise and the one to pair when an order has to cover both fits. The Dreamglow Half-Zip at $120 and the Dreamglow Track Half-Zip at $129 are a longer cut that opens wider at the neck. Pick the Course To Court if the men's piece is a quarter-zip and you want the two to photograph as a set.
What sits on either side of a quarter-zip
Not everyone wants a zip. The Commuter Crew Neck Sweater at $103 is the same knit without one. The Dreamstate Hoodie at $120 is the piece that gets worn on weekends, and the FiDi Fleece Vest at $112 layers over a shirt someone already owns, which takes the sizing problem off a large order entirely. Mixing two of these with a quarter-zip is how most of our apparel orders get built, and it gives you a price ladder inside one order rather than one number for everybody.
Rhone quarter-zips against Peter Millar and Vuori
We carry all three and quote all three. On a quarter-zip specifically, they separate on four things.
Minimum. Rhone asks for six pieces per style and color. Peter Millar also runs six. Vuori asks for 24, which rules it out for a single department and is the most common reason an order moves off it. If your list is under twenty people, Rhone and Peter Millar are the only two of the three worth quoting.
Price. Rhone's quarter-zips run $86 to $129. The Peter Millar Perth Performance Quarter-Zip starts at $124.41, which is above Rhone's top of range. Rhone gives you three quarter-zips under $100 and Peter Millar gives you none, so on a hundred-piece rollout the difference compounds into real money.
Recognition. This is where the order flips. Peter Millar carries weight with a golf-adjacent or finance audience, and Vuori is the name most recipients will know without being told. Rhone is the one people have to be introduced to. If the piece is going to clients who need to recognize the label, pay the difference. If it is going to your own team, they will judge how it wears.
Women's coverage. Rhone's Course To Court and Dreamglow ranges mean a women's quarter-zip exists at three price points rather than one. That matters more than it sounds on a company-wide order, because the alternative is putting half your team in a unisex men's cut and calling it covered.
What a custom Rhone quarter-zip program costs
Pricing moves with quantity. Three shapes cover most of what we quote.
A department, 12 to 25 pieces. One style, one or two colors, roughly $86 to $112 per piece. This is the order the six-piece minimum exists for, and it is where Rhone beats Vuori, which asks for 24.
Company-wide, 100 pieces and up. Two or three styles so men's and women's both get a proper fit, with the entry quarter-zips carrying the volume. Per-piece pricing drops at every break and the setup cost spreads across the run.
An executive or client run, 10 to 40 pieces. The Commuter or the Landmark at $112 to $129, often with a second piece in the box. Per-piece is highest here and it matters least, because the list is short and the recipient is the point.
Setup and artwork are included in every quote. Exact per-piece pricing comes back with a mockup, usually within one business day.
How to order custom Rhone quarter-zips for your team
1. Pick the styles. Tell us the headcount and the split between men's and women's, and we'll come back with two or three that work together, or build it yourself in Pack Builder. Six pieces per style and color means a 24-piece order can cover four different cuts.
2. Send your logo. Vector files work best. We'll tell you whether the mark holds in thread at the size you want, and whether screen print is the better call for a larger graphic.
3. Approve the mockup. Placement, thread colors and final per-piece pricing all get signed off before anything runs. Left chest, back, or either sleeve.
4. Choose how it ships. One address, or Claim Pages so each person picks their own size and enters their own address. Leftover stock can sit in storage and go out to new hires across the following year.
Frequently asked questions about custom Rhone quarter-zips
Which Rhone quarter-zip is the safest pick for a mixed team?
The Rise at $94 for the men's and the Course To Court at $103 for the women's. Both are plain, both sit in the middle of the range, and neither reads as golf or gym. If the order spans roles from the warehouse floor to the leadership team, that pair offends nobody and photographs as a set.
What is the difference between the quarter-zips and the half-zips?
How far the zip runs, and how the collar sits when it is open. A half-zip opens wider and goes on more easily over a collared shirt. A quarter-zip holds a higher neck and keeps the left chest flatter, which gives embroidery a cleaner surface. On the women's side the Dreamglow pieces are half-zips and the Course To Court is a quarter-zip, so pair the quarter-zip if you want the men's and women's to match visually.
Can I mix styles and still hit the six-piece minimum?
Yes, as long as each style and color clears six on its own. Three styles in one color each is 18 pieces and three separate minimums met. This is the part people get wrong. The minimum is per style and color, not per order, so a 30-piece budget spread across five colors of the same style works, and the same 30 pieces spread across five styles in two colors each does not.
Where does the logo go on a quarter-zip?
Left chest is the default and what most companies ask for. Back and either sleeve are available too. On a quarter-zip the left chest sits close to the zip line, so a wide horizontal mark needs checking against that placement before production. We handle it at the mockup stage.
Is a $112 quarter-zip too much for a company-wide rollout?
It depends what the alternative buys you. At 100 pieces the entry quarter-zips at $86 to $94 usually carry the volume and the sweater-weight pieces go to a shorter list. Splitting an order that way is more common than putting everyone in the same $112 piece, and it keeps the average down without making anyone feel like they got the cheap one.
Do quarter-zips work for new hires, or only as a gift?
Both, and new hires are where they do the most work. A quarter-zip is one of the few pieces that fits a first-day box and still gets worn in year two. Our guide to new hire welcome kits covers how to hold stock so a piece is ready on a start date instead of ordered after one.
One thing worth keeping in view when the per-piece number looks high. A piece someone reaches for twice a week for three years costs less per view than almost anything else you could put a logo on, and that is before you count the people who see it. Weigh it against the Peter Millar Perth quarter-zip at $124.41 or the custom Vuori range before deciding, because the right answer depends on who is receiving it. For how a quarter-zip sits inside a wider gift budget, our client gift guide splits spend across tiers.
