How custom Vuori with your logo works
Vuori runs tighter rules than most of the brands we carry. None of them are difficult, but two of them will move your delivery date if you find out about them late.
Co-branding goes through approval before production. Vuori reviews the logo, the intended use, and the event details before an order moves forward. We submit that for you, and it is the single most common reason a Vuori timeline slips, so send your logo early rather than at the point you have already picked a date.
Embroidery only. No screen printing on Vuori, which rules out large front graphics and anything with a gradient. A clean left-chest mark is what these fabrics are built for anyway. Minimums are 24 on the order and 6 per style and color. That combination is more flexible than it first looks. You can run six Halo crews in two colors, six vests, and six shells and still clear the minimum, which means a 24-piece order can cover four different roles instead of handing everyone the same hoodie.

How to order custom Vuori for your team
1. Pick the styles and colors. Tell us the use case if you would rather not choose from a grid, or build the mix yourself in Pack Builder. Six pieces per style and color is the floor, so you have room for more than one option.
2. Send your logo and the event details. Vector files work best. We set the file up for embroidery and submit the co-branding approval at the same time, which is why this step goes first rather than last.
3. Approve the mockup. You sign off on placement, thread colors, and final pricing before anything goes into production. Nothing runs until you have seen it.
4. Production and delivery. 28 business days is standard. Ship to one office, or send Claim Pages to each recipient so they pick their own size and enter their own address. Do men's and women's styles count toward the same minimum?
