Common questions
How much does a custom Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz cost?
$10.89 per piece at 48 to 71 pieces with one print logo on the wrap included in that figure. It drops to $8.89 per piece at 144 or more. A one-time setup charge is quoted separately and depends on the decoration method, how many locations and how many colors your logo needs. More locations, more colors or a different decoration method change these numbers. The table on this page lists the price at every quantity.
What is the minimum order for the Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz?
48 pieces in one color. Sizes mix freely within that color, so the 48 can be any combination of sizes. A second color starts its own 48.
Can I put my company logo on the Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz?
Yes. Merchwell decorates it with your logo. Decoration is print, and the logo can go on the wrap. You approve a mockup showing exactly where the logo sits before anything runs.
How long does a custom Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz order take?
Standard production is 10 business days from mockup approval. Tell us your event or ship date if you need it sooner, and we'll confirm what's possible within one business day.
What colors does the Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz come in?
5 colors: Black, Navy, Storm Gray, Wallflower and White. Colors can be mixed within one order, and the price is the same across colorways unless the table on this page shows a range.
Can I get a sample of the Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz before I order?
Yes. A blank Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz is $10.89 and you can order one from this page without talking to anyone. It ships in about a week, and the cost is credited against your order when you go ahead. For a sample carrying your own logo, contact us: those take about two weeks because they run through real production.
Where is the Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz made?
China. Merchwell decorates it in the United States.
How is shipping charged on a Magnolia Ceramic Mug 12oz order?
Shipping is quoted per order, based on where it is going, how much it weighs and how fast you need it, and it appears on your quote before you approve anything. There is no free shipping threshold. Orders ship from production facilities across the United States.
