3. Approve the proof. Confirm the decoration placement, size, and color. Once we have your sign-off, the order goes into production.
4. Production and delivery. Standard production runs 10 to 15 business days from artwork approval depending on the piece. We can ship the full custom Owala order to one location or split shipments to individual employee addresses through Merchwell's storage and kit fulfillment service.
