How custom YETI with your logo works
YETI treats co-branded orders as a partnership, not a transaction. The process is more involved than ordering blank promotional drinkware from a generic supplier, but the rules exist to keep the brand consistent and to make sure the finished product looks as good as the retail version.
Minimums: 6 pieces per style. The Tumbler and 14oz Mug have a 6-unit minimum. The 26oz Bottle has an 8-unit minimum. You can mix sizes within an order. A common corporate YETI order looks like 25 Tumblers in black for general distribution, plus 8 Bottles for client-facing or executive use.
Pricing scales fast at volume. Each product page has a live price calculator with tier-break pricing at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 units. Discounts kick in at 50 (around 8 to 9 percent off) and reach roughly 10 to 11 percent off at 100 units and above. A 1,000-unit Tumbler order is the cheapest the Rambler gets through Merchwell.
Standard production: 20 business days. From the moment your artwork is approved, plan on roughly four weeks to delivery. Need it faster? Rush options are available. Plan accordingly for events, holidays, or onboarding cohorts.
Decoration locked to YETI's brand standards. We decorate every Custom YETI within YETI's own program rules to keep the look consistent with the retail line. Single-color decoration, sized appropriately for each piece. We'll send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes into production.

The Bottle's higher unit cost reflects the larger fluid capacity, the leakproof Chug Cap, and the TripleHaul handle.
Volume breaks bring per-unit pricing down meaningfully. The 20oz Tumbler at 100 units lands roughly 11 percent below the 25-unit price. If you're ordering for a company-wide swag program, the math gets better the more you order.
How to order custom YETI for your team
1. Pick your pieces. Browse the three corporate YETI options above on the YETI brand page, or tell us the use case (employee swag program, executive gift, client gift, event giveaway, anniversary recognition) and we'll suggest the right combination. Most teams start with the 20oz Tumbler for general distribution and add the 26oz Bottle for client-facing or executive use.
2. Send us your logo. Vector format preferred (.ai, .eps, .svg). We'll prep it for the YETI decoration process and send a digital proof for your approval. Single-color decoration works best with simple, bold logos. Detailed gradient logos do not translate well. We'll flag any artwork concerns before submission.
3. Approve the proof. Confirm the decoration placement, size, and color. Once we have your sign-off, the order goes into production.
4. Production and delivery. Standard production is 20 business days from artwork approval. We can ship the full custom YETI order to one location or split shipments to individual employee addresses through Merchwell's storage and kit fulfillment service.
