Custom Greyson is now available at Merchwell. Thirty-six styles across polos, quarter-zips, hoodies, vests, jackets, tees and hats, men's and women's. Custom Greyson starts at $35 per piece and runs to $260, at a six-piece minimum per style and color.
Three numbers run every order: six pieces minimum per style and color, 14 business days of standard production, and volume breaks that start at 25 pieces and reach 13 percent off at 1,000. Logo setup is included at every quantity.
One thing separates Greyson from the other high-end apparel we carry, and it isn't the price. There is no brand approval round. Peter Millar and Vuori both submit your logo to the brand before anything runs, which adds a step in front of production. Greyson doesn't. Fourteen business days is the whole clock, which makes it the fastest apparel line on the site at this level.
Charlie Schaefer and the professional golfer Morgan Hoffman founded Greyson in 2015, and the wolf became the mark people recognize. The clothes sit where golf meets street, built on brrr cooling fabric, Italian technical yarn and merino wool rather than cotton blanks. That is the whole reason the range holds up as corporate apparel instead of event handout.
Below is every category worth considering, what each costs, where the men's and women's split lands, and the timeline to work backward from before the holiday cutoff.
Why Greyson works as corporate apparel
Most branded apparel gets handed out once and then lives in a drawer. Three things change that, and Greyson clears all three.
Speed, which almost no brand at this price has. Fourteen business days is under three calendar weeks, with no approval round sitting in front of it. Rhone runs 20 business days, Vuori runs about 30, and Peter Millar adds a brand sign-off before production even starts. If your date is tight, this is the line that still makes it.
The fabric is the product, not the label. The Omaha and Guide Sport pieces use brrr cooling fabric, the Colorado and Sequoia layers are built on Italian technical yarn, and the Saratoga is 100 percent merino wool. People keep technical fabric and retire cotton. The same reasoning runs through our employee apparel guide.
Buyers want fewer, better pieces, and the research is lopsided. PPAI surveyed more than 3,400 US consumers and found 66 percent prefer fewer, higher-quality items against 20 percent who want more low-cost ones. A second PPAI survey of over 5,000 respondents found 65 percent say they're very likely to keep a branded piece six months or longer. ASI's 2026 Ad Impressions Study puts promotional outerwear at roughly 9,000 brand impressions over the garment's life, the highest of any category it measured.
The custom Greyson collection: 36 pieces with your logo
Prices below are the starting per-piece figures on the site today. Every card shows live pricing at your quantity, so you can price a 25-piece run against a 250-piece run before asking us for anything.
Polos
Twelve polos, the deepest category in the range, and the split is clean. The Omaha Polo at $96 is the brrr cooling piece and the one most client events land on. Its counterpart is the Women's Scarlett Polo at $96, cut slim with the round collar. The Crowley Polo at $100 is antimicrobial and moisture-wicking and reads dressiest of the three. The Tala Polo at $86 is the cheapest way into the category and the right call when the number gets multiplied across a full field.
Quarter-zips and half-zips
Seven quarter-zips, and this is where most company-wide programs land, because a quarter-zip fits a wider size range than a polo and layers over whatever someone already owns. The Colorado Quarter-Zip at $140 is the Italian-yarn piece and the one to build around, paired with the Women's Halley Long Sleeve Quarter-Zip at $122. The Guide Sport Quarter-Zip at $113 is the budget line and runs more athletic. At the top, the Saratoga Quarter-Zip Sweater at $236 is merino wool with a horn pull and belongs on a short list rather than a headcount.
Hoodies and crewnecks
Six sweatshirt styles. The Colorado Hoodie at $148 and the Women's Kristina Full-Zip Hoodie at $157 are the pair for a younger team, and they ship well to remote staff because a hoodie forgives a size guess. The Sequoia Hoodie at $183 is the step up. Crewnecks read more like office clothing, which makes the Women's Aspen Crewneck at $140 the safer pick when you don't know where a piece will be worn.
Vests and jackets
Four outerwear pieces, and this is the tier where one piece carries a gift on its own. A vest removes most of the fit risk on a wide roster, so the Sequoia Vest at $166 is the safest company-wide pick here. The Sequoia Full-Zip Jacket at $192 is its windproof Italian-shell counterpart. The Yukon Ultralight Hybrid Vest at $201 and the Yukon Ultralight Hybrid Jacket at $260 sit at the top of the range. At $260 you're buying for a top-20 client list, not a team.
Tees
Five tees, starting with the Alpha Slub Tee at $52, which is 100 percent cotton with a slub texture rather than a flat blank. The Women's Orion Short Sleeve Tee at $70 is a rib knit with a high neckline, and the Guide Sport Classic Short Sleeve Tee at $70 is its brrr-fabric counterpart on the men's side. The Women's Orion Long Sleeve Tee at $79 covers cooler rooms. A tee is the right call for conference and event merchandise, where the number has to clear a per-attendee budget.
Hats
Two hats, both at $35, and both the floor of the whole range. The 5-Panel Rope Hat is nylon with a flat brim and a rope detail. The 6-Panel Dad Hat is cotton twill, unstructured and pre-curved. Either one pairs with a polo to turn a single piece into a package without moving the budget much.
What a custom Greyson program costs
Three tiers, and the one you land in depends more on who receives the piece than on how many you buy.
Event tier, from $35 to $79. Hats and tees. Best for conference handouts, booth staff and anything multiplied across 300 people that still has to clear a budget line.
Program tier, from $86 to $148. Polos, the Guide Sport and Halley quarter-zips, the Colorado layers and the crewnecks. This is where company-wide apparel and new hire welcome kits land, and it is the band Greyson is built around.
Gift tier, from $157 to $260. The Sequoia and Yukon outerwear, the Saratoga merino sweater and the Kristina hoodie. At this level you're buying for a board, a leadership group or a key-client list.
Volume moves these numbers. Breaks land at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces, taking 3, 6, 8, 11 and 13 percent off as you climb. Send your headcount and the pieces you're weighing and we'll come back with exact per-piece pricing and a mockup inside one business day.
How custom Greyson ordering works
Four rules govern every order. One of them is the reason to pick Greyson over a dressier label when the calendar is tight.
Six pieces per style and color, and that's the whole floor. No larger order minimum sits behind it. Six men's polos, six women's polos and six vests is a legitimate 18-piece order covering three roles, instead of handing everyone the same garment.
No brand approval round. Your logo goes straight to artwork setup. Peter Millar and Vuori both require the brand to sign off on co-branded orders first, and that step is invisible until it delays you. Greyson skips it entirely.
Fourteen business days of standard production after mockup approval. That's under three calendar weeks. Artwork and the mockup round sit in front of it, so four weeks is the honest planning number and five is comfortable. Tighter deadlines are often workable, so ask before you assume a date is dead.
Embroidery is the default, and the setup is included. Greyson's own wolf sits at the back neck on most pieces, so your mark goes on the left chest and the two don't compete. Thread resolves fine detail differently than ink, so check your logo against our guide to decoration methods if it carries small type.
How to order custom Greyson for your team
1. Pick the styles and colors. Tell us the use case if you'd rather not choose from 36 options, or build the mix yourself in Pack Builder. Six pieces per style and color is the floor, so there's room for more than one option.
2. Send your logo early. Vector files work best. We set the artwork up for the placement you choose and send a proof before anything runs.
3. Approve the mockup. You sign off on placement, thread colors and final pricing before production starts. The 14-day clock begins here, not when you place the order.
4. Production and delivery. Ship to one office, or send Claim Pages to each recipient so they pick their own size and enter their own address. For programs that reorder, we can hold stock and ship as people join. Chasing sizes by email is where most apparel programs stall.
How Greyson compares to the other brands we carry
Seven apparel brands now sit in this range, and they are not interchangeable. Here is where Greyson wins and where it doesn't.
Against Peter Millar. Peter Millar is dressier and carries more weight in a boardroom, but every order needs co-branding approval and production runs about three weeks. Greyson is faster, starts lower at $35 against $75, and has 36 styles against 11. Read our guide to custom Peter Millar when the room is senior and the dress code is real, and our Perth quarter-zip guide if a single layer is the whole order.
Vuori is the softer pick. It's more lifestyle and the stronger choice for a young team that will wear the piece on a Saturday. The practical difference is the floor: Greyson needs six pieces per style, Vuori needs 24, and Vuori adds 30 days plus an approval round. Our custom Vuori launch guide has the other side.
Rhone is the closest comparison. Both run technical fabric at a six-piece minimum. Rhone has 65 styles against Greyson's 36 and leans commuter, while Greyson leans golf and runs 14 business days against Rhone's 20. Pick Rhone for breadth, Greyson for speed.
TravisMathew and Johnnie-O sit on the same golf side. Both start lower, with custom Johnnie-O from $43 and custom TravisMathew from $23. Pick one of those when the whole field needs a piece and the budget is the constraint. Greyson is the better call when the pieces will be worn to work as often as to a course.
Where custom Greyson fits
Four programs account for most of what we quote in this range.
Client golf events and member outings. This is the brand's home ground. The Omaha and Crowley polos cover a mixed field, and the six-piece minimum means separate men's and women's styles without inflating the order.
Company-wide apparel. Quarter-zips and the Sequoia Vest in the $113 to $166 band fit the widest size range with the least fit risk. Pair them with Claim Pages so nobody is collecting sizes in a spreadsheet.
Executive and top-client gifts. The Yukon Hybrid Jacket at $260 and the Saratoga merino sweater at $236 carry enough on their own to go out single, without a box built around them. Our client gift guide covers the rest of that range.
Late Q4 orders that other brands can't make. Fourteen business days with no approval round is the shortest path to a December handout on the site. If you're reading this in November and your first choice has already timed out, this is the fallback that still lands.
Frequently asked questions about custom Greyson
Is there a real women's Greyson range?
Yes. Ten of the 36 styles are women's, built around the Scarlett polos, the Halley quarter-zips, the Aspen crewnecks, the Orion tees and the Kristina hoodie. Polos and quarter-zips have matched men's and women's cuts, so a mixed roster gets one piece rather than two near-misses. Outerwear and hats are where the counterparts run out.
Does Greyson need brand approval like Peter Millar or Vuori?
No, and it's the main reason to pick it. Peter Millar and Vuori both submit your logo and use case to the brand before production. Greyson goes straight from mockup approval into the 14-day production window. On a tight date that difference is usually a week or more.
How late can I order custom Greyson for a December handout?
Order by November 15. That's Merchwell's stated cutoff for December delivery and it assumes artwork is ready when you order. Fourteen business days is under three calendar weeks, which gives Greyson more room against that date than any other apparel line we carry at this level. Our holiday page has the full timeline.
Greyson or Peter Millar for a client golf event?
Greyson, unless the group is a board. The Omaha Polo at $96 against Peter Millar's entry polo at $75 is close enough that the decision comes down to timing and range, and Greyson has twelve polos against Peter Millar's four. Go Peter Millar when the recipients are senior enough that brand recognition is doing the work.
What happens to Greyson's wolf logo when we add ours?
They sit apart. Greyson's wolf is at the back neck on most pieces, and your mark goes on the left chest, so neither one crowds the other. It's worth knowing before you circulate options, because a buyer who expects a blank garment is sometimes surprised by a second brand mark. On a couple of the printed styles the wolf motif is part of the pattern itself, so ask us which ones if you want the garment reading as yours alone.
What is the cheapest way to put Greyson in a large order?
The two hats at $35 and the Alpha Slub Tee at $52 are the floor. For apparel people keep rather than wear once, the Tala Polo at $86 is the better value, and the 100-piece break takes another 6 percent off. Below roughly $70 a piece you're giving up the technical fabric that makes the brand worth ordering in the first place.
Spending $140 on a quarter-zip instead of $35 is not a decision about the quarter-zip. It's that one of them gets worn in front of people who have never heard of your company and the other gets worn to mow a lawn. What Greyson adds to that shelf is speed. Send us the headcount and the date and we'll cut 36 styles down to three. If you want to weigh the alternatives first, start with our custom Rhone collection or the custom Vuori launch guide.
Noah Jolly runs Merchwell, which builds custom merch programs for companies from forty-person startups to Affirm, Capital One, and PepsiCo. For the kit formats these pieces usually ship inside, read our guide to employee onboarding kits.
