Add Your Logo to the Vuori Strato Tech Polo
Embroidered Vuori polos from $59 per piece at volume, $68 at the 24-piece minimum. See colors, sizing, and live pricing on the product page.
A custom Vuori polo is the polo your sales team would have bought for themselves, with your logo embroidered on the chest. Merchwell carries the Vuori Men's Strato Tech Polo as co-branded corporate apparel: the same quick-drying, four-way-stretch performance knit Vuori sells at retail, embroidered with your logo, priced from $59 per piece at volume and $68 at the 24-piece minimum. Production runs about 30 days once Vuori signs off on your artwork.
Here's the short version on logistics. The Strato Tech Polo runs $68 to $59 per piece before decoration depending on quantity, with a 24-piece minimum across the order and at least six units per color. Vuori branding is embroidery only, every co-branded order needs Vuori's approval before production, and you should plan on roughly 30 days from approved artwork to delivery.
Polos are the workhorse of corporate apparel. They show up at trade shows, on the golf course, at customer sites, and in every sales kickoff photo. The problem is that most branded polos are stiff, boxy, and forgettable, so they get worn once and retired to a drawer. Vuori's version fixes that. It fits like modern athletic wear, moves like it, and reads as a piece someone chose rather than a uniform they were handed.
Below is everything you need to spec a custom Vuori polo order: fabric and fit, the three colorways, real pricing at every volume break, embroidery placement options, how it compares to the other premium polos in our catalog, and how ordering works.
Why the Vuori Strato Tech Polo works as corporate apparel

Vuori calls the Strato Tech Polo its best-selling polo and its softest, and those two things are connected. It's the piece that convinced a lot of people who never wore polos to start.
Performance fabric people already trust. The knit is 96 percent polyester and 4 percent elastane with four-way stretch, moisture wicking, and quick-dry handling. That's the same Strato Tech fabric Vuori uses across its performance line, so the polo your team receives is identical to the one on the retail rack, minus the price tag and plus your logo. Branded apparel is the most-kept category in promotional products, and the Advertising Specialty Institute reports that a single logoed shirt generates thousands of impressions over its life. A polo that stays in someone's rotation for years does that job far longer than a blank that gets worn once.
A fit that doesn't look like a uniform. The Strato Tech Polo has a modern athletic cut that hits at the hip, a three-button placket, and a self-fabric collar that holds its shape without going stiff. It works untucked with chinos at a client dinner and tucked into golf pants on a course. Most corporate polos are built for the second setting only.
Embroidery that reads as premium. Vuori doesn't allow screen printing or heat transfer on any co-branded piece, so every logo is embroidered. That constraint is a feature. An embroidered mark on a heathered performance knit looks like something a brand made on purpose, and it holds up through hundreds of washes without cracking or peeling.
Custom Vuori polo specs, colors, and sizing
Merchwell currently stocks the Strato Tech Polo in three heathered colorways, all of which take embroidery cleanly. Each links to the product page with the live price calculator and size chart.

Charcoal Heather. A deep grey heather that sits close to black in most light. It's the safe pick for a mixed team, hides wear, and takes both tone-on-tone and bright-color embroidery well. If you're ordering one color for everyone, start here.

Mist Heather. A pale blue-grey heather that reads lighter and more relaxed than charcoal. It photographs well for team shots and event floors, and it's the color most people gravitate to in warmer months.

Platinum Heather. A light, neutral grey. Dark logos pop on it, and it's the closest thing in the lineup to a white polo without the white-polo maintenance problem.

Sizing and fit. Men's S through 3XL. The cut is athletic, meaning trimmer through the chest and sleeve than a classic pique polo, so anyone who prefers a roomy fit should size up one. We recommend ordering a sample first (a single Strato Tech Polo sample runs $68 and ships in about a week) so your team can check fit before the full run. Fabric is 96 percent polyester and 4 percent elastane, made in Vietnam, and it's machine washable with no special care.
Vuori Men's Strato Tech Polo
Women's option. Vuori's polo program is currently men's only. For a matched women's piece we usually pair the Strato Tech Polo with the TravisMathew Women's Coto Performance Polo in a coordinating color, or with Vuori's Women's Halo Modern Crew, a relaxed DreamKnit long-sleeve that takes the same embroidery.

What does a custom Vuori polo cost?
Pricing is set per unit and steps down at volume breaks. These are the current blank prices for the Strato Tech Polo before embroidery:
- 24 to 71 pieces: $68 each
- 72 to 143 pieces: $66 each
- 144 to 287 pieces: $64 each
- 288 to 499 pieces: $63 each
- 500 to 999 pieces: $61 each
- 1,000 or more: $59 each
Embroidery is added on top. A left-chest logo runs $8.75 per piece at the 24-piece minimum and drops to $7.92 at 48 pieces, $7.50 at 72, $6.67 at 144, $5.83 at 250, and $5.00 at 500 or more. There is a one-time $55 digitizing and setup fee per logo, which covers converting your artwork into a stitch file. Additional locations (a sleeve or the back yoke) are priced the same way per location.
Worked example. A 100-piece order for a sales team lands at $66 per polo plus $7.50 embroidery, or $73.50 each, plus the $55 setup. That's about $7,405 all in before shipping, roughly $74 per finished, retail-grade polo. Scale that to 500 pieces and the same polo lands at $66 each finished, a 10 percent drop from the 100-piece price. If you want the numbers for your exact headcount, run them in the Pack Builder or ask us for a quote.
For context, a comparable embroidered polo from TravisMathew or Peter Millar runs $86 to $105 at the minimum, and a basic poly-blend polo runs $30. The Strato Tech Polo sits in the middle: a premium brand people recognize, at a price that works for a full department rather than just the executive team.
Logo placement and embroidery on Vuori polos
Every Vuori polo is embroidered, never printed. You have four placement options, and most orders use one or two.
Left chest, up to 4 by 4 inches. The default and, for most brands, the only placement you need. A 3-inch-wide mark sits right on the pocket line and reads clearly without dominating the shirt. Tone-on-tone thread (charcoal on Charcoal Heather, for example) gives the most understated look; brand colors give the most visible one.
Left or right sleeve, up to 3 inches. A small secondary mark, common for a partner logo, a product name, or an event year. Works well when the chest carries the company logo and the sleeve carries a division or team name.
Back yoke, up to 4 by 4 inches. Useful for event staff, booth teams, and field crews who need to be identifiable from behind. We'd skip it for client gifts, where a single chest mark is the better look.
Artwork and proofs. Send vector artwork (.ai, .eps, or .svg). We digitize it for embroidery, match thread colors to your brand palette, and send a digital proof before anything runs. Fine detail under about 0.05 inches and gradients don't translate to thread, so if your logo relies on either, we'll suggest a simplified embroidery version. Our guide to decoration methods covers how embroidery compares to print if you're deciding across your whole apparel program.
How the custom Vuori polo compares to other premium polos
Merchwell carries more than 30 polos across Vuori, TravisMathew, Peter Millar, and our own Classic line. Here's where the Strato Tech Polo sits against the pieces it's most often compared to. Every price is the 24-piece minimum, blank.
TravisMathew Coto Performance Polo, $85.80. The golf-course choice. Ten colorways including Black, Federal Blue, and Royal Blue, a slightly roomier cut than Vuori, and a women's version that matches. If your program needs a specific brand color or a matched men's and women's set, Coto is the stronger pick. If you want the softest fabric and the lowest price in the premium tier, Vuori wins. Full breakdown in our custom TravisMathew guide.
Peter Millar Men's Solid Performance Polo, $105. The country-club option, and the one to reach for on an executive or top-client gift. Six clean solids including Navy, White, and Iron. At $37 more per piece than Vuori, it's a deliberate choice for a short list rather than a department rollout.
TravisMathew Women's Coto Performance Polo, $85.80. Our recommended women's pairing for a Vuori polo order. Five colors, the same performance fabric as the men's Coto, and the Quiet Shade Grey Heather sits close enough to Vuori's Platinum Heather to read as one team.
Classic Jersey Polo, $29.80. Merchwell's own poly-spandex jersey polo in nine colors. It's the right answer when you need 1,000 event polos and the budget is $30, not $70. Many teams run both: Classic for event staff, Vuori for the sales team and clients.

Where custom Vuori polos fit in a merch program
Sales and customer-facing teams. This is the core use case. A rep who wears the polo to a customer site, a conference, or a dinner is the brand's most visible surface, and a Vuori polo makes that surface look considered. A common order is two polos per rep in different colors so nobody is re-wearing the same shirt on day two of a show.
Trade shows and events. Booth staff in matching Vuori polos look like a team without looking like a franchise. The quick-dry fabric matters on a convention floor where people stand for eight hours under lights. Pair it with the rest of your trade show swag and add a back-yoke mark if staff need to be spotted from across the aisle.
Golf outings and client hospitality. A polo is the default golf gift, and most of them are forgettable. Handing a client a Vuori polo in their size before the round is a gift they'll wear on the course again. It slots naturally into client gift programs alongside a Vuori vest or jacket for the cooler months.
Onboarding and swag boxes. A polo rarely ships alone. It shows up in new hire welcome kits next to a Ponto Pullover Hoodie and a drinkware piece, and in corporate swag boxes for anniversaries and promotions. We can pre-pack the polo with the rest of the kit and hold inventory through our storage and fulfillment service so it ships the day a new hire starts.
Distributed teams. Sizing is the part that breaks polo orders. Instead of collecting sizes in a spreadsheet, send recipients a claim page where each person picks their size and enters their address, and we ship individually. It's the difference between a 200-person rollout taking a week and taking a quarter.
How to order custom Vuori polos
1. Pick colors and quantities. Choose from Charcoal, Mist, or Platinum Heather, at least six pieces per color and 24 pieces total. Mix colors and sizes freely inside one order. Browse the polo and the rest of the custom Vuori collection to add a hoodie, vest, or jacket to the same run.
2. Send your logo. Vector artwork works best. We digitize it, match thread colors, and send a digital proof showing placement and size on the actual polo color.
3. We get Vuori's approval. We submit your logo and a short note on the use case (employee apparel, client gift, or event) to Vuori. Approval usually lands within three to five business days. We handle the whole exchange.
4. Production and delivery. About 30 days from approval to delivery. Ship everything to one office, or split it to individuals through fulfillment. Build the window into sales kickoff dates and event calendars so nothing arrives late.
Custom Vuori polo FAQ
What is the minimum order for a custom Vuori polo?
24 pieces total, with at least six pieces per color. You can split the 24 across the three colorways and any mix of sizes. Vuori sets these minimums, and they apply to every co-branded Vuori order, not just polos.
Can I screen print my logo on a Vuori polo?
No. Vuori allows embroidery only on co-branded apparel. That's true for the polo, the hoodies, the vests, and the jackets. Embroidery is also the more durable choice on a performance knit, so in practice it's the option you'd want anyway.
Does Vuori have to approve my logo?
Yes. Every co-branded Vuori order goes to Vuori for sign-off on the logo, the placement, and how the pieces will be used before production starts. Merchwell handles the submission. Approval typically takes three to five business days and is rarely an issue for a standard corporate logo.
Is there a women's custom Vuori polo?
Not currently. Vuori's co-branding program covers the men's Strato Tech Polo only. For a matched women's piece, we pair it with the TravisMathew Women's Coto Performance Polo or Vuori's Women's Halo Modern Crew.
TravisMathew Women's Coto Performance Polo
How long does a custom Vuori polo order take?
Plan on about 30 days from approved artwork to delivery, plus three to five business days up front for Vuori's approval. Samples ship in roughly a week. For a sales kickoff or trade show, start the order six to seven weeks out.
How should the Strato Tech Polo fit?
It's an athletic fit: trimmer through the chest and sleeves than a traditional pique polo, hitting at the hip. Most people wear their usual size. Anyone who prefers a relaxed fit should go up one. We recommend a $68 sample before a large run.
Corporate polos have a bad reputation because most of them earned it. The Vuori Strato Tech Polo is the exception: a piece people would buy at retail, in a fabric they'd choose, with an embroidered logo that looks intentional. At $59 to $68 per piece it's priced for a full team, not just the leadership offsite. If you're comparing it against the rest of the Vuori lineup, our guides to custom Vuori hoodies, custom Vuori vests, and custom Vuori jackets cover the layers that pair with it, and our best company merch guide lays out where premium apparel fits in a broader program.
