Want Lululemon-level apparel with your logo?
We don't sell Lululemon, and this post explains why nobody in the promo industry does. We do carry Vuori, Peter Millar, Marine Layer, and TravisMathew with embroidered logos, from $31 per piece.
Custom Lululemon is possible, but not the way most companies expect. Lululemon does not sell blank product into the promotional products supply chain, so you can't add an embroidered Lululemon hoodie to a swag box from a merch vendor, including us. What Lululemon does offer is its own Corporate Program: an application-based partnership with a 50-unit minimum, a dedicated account manager, and pricing you only see after approval. For companies that qualify and can wait, it works. For most teams, it's slower and more restrictive than they planned for.
This guide lays out exactly how Lululemon's corporate, bulk, and customization programs work as of September 2026 (with links to Lululemon's own pages so you can check), who they're realistically for, and what to order when you want the same premium athleisure feel with your logo on it and a normal ordering process. Short version: Vuori, Marine Layer, Peter Millar, and TravisMathew all run real co-branding programs, ship in about 30 days, and start at 24 pieces.
A note on our position. Merchwell is a corporate merch company. We'd love to sell you Lululemon and we can't. Everything below about Lululemon comes from their published program pages, not from us guessing, and everything about the alternatives comes from our live catalog with current pricing.
Does Lululemon do custom orders?
Yes, through three channels, each with different rules. None of them work like ordering from a merch supplier.
1. The Lululemon Corporate Program (50+ units). This is the route for a company that wants Lululemon apparel for employees or gifts with its logo on it. You apply, Lululemon reviews the application (they quote a response within about 15 business days, and note that timelines shift with seasonality), and approval is not guaranteed. Lululemon says it partners with companies "in select industries that share our purpose, mission, and values." If you're denied, you must wait six months to reapply. Approved partners get a dedicated account manager, access to a B2B wholesale site with exclusive pricing, and a curated corporate assortment of core styles "designed for customization." A Corporate Bulk agreement is required. Minimum order is 50 units.
2. Bulk Order Support (under 50 units, no resale). For smaller orders, Lululemon runs a Bulk Order program booked by phone or video appointment. The minimum is 12 units per colorway, orders can only be placed within North America, and product can't be resold. Lululemon lists the kinds of groups that qualify: fitness studios and gyms, wellness spaces, run clubs, recreational and school teams. It specifically says major businesses and large corporations don't qualify and should apply to the Corporate Program instead. Logo decoration isn't the point of this channel; it's a way for small teams to buy in quantity.
3. Customized product (individuals, water bottles only). Lululemon's customization site lets you add text or one of ten stock graphics to a water bottle or tumbler. Per Lululemon, "monograms, logos, emojis, and images aren't available at this time." It's US-only, final sale, fulfilled by a third party, and has nothing to do with apparel or company logos. It ranks for "custom lululemon" and it's the source of a lot of confusion.
What none of these channels do. Lululemon doesn't sell blanks to decorators, distributors, or merch companies. That's the practical difference from brands like Vuori, Peter Millar, Marine Layer, and TravisMathew, which run co-branding programs through the promotional products industry so a company like Merchwell can source the product, embroider your logo, pack it into a kit, and ship it. If a merch vendor's website says "custom Lululemon," ask them exactly how the order is fulfilled before you commit a budget to it.
Can Lululemon be embroidered with a company logo?
Only inside the Corporate Program. Lululemon's corporate assortment is described as core styles designed for customization, and approved partners work with their account manager on decoration. Outside the program, there's no sanctioned way to get a logo on Lululemon apparel.
Some companies buy Lululemon at retail and take it to a local embroiderer. It's your product, so you can. Three problems with that at company scale: no volume pricing (you pay retail on every piece), no size exchange or replacement path once it's decorated, and the embroiderer is working on a technical knit without the brand's placement guidance, which is how you end up with puckered logos on stretch fabric. For 12 hoodies for a leadership offsite it can work. For 150 employees, it's the expensive, fragile option.
Who the Lululemon Corporate Program is right for
Be honest with yourself about three things before you apply.
Volume. You need 50 units per order, and in practice the program is built for companies that will order repeatedly, not a one-time holiday send.
Time. Fifteen business days for an application response, then onboarding, then a corporate bulk agreement, then production. If your kickoff or holiday date is inside 10 weeks, the math doesn't work.
Fit. Lululemon chooses partners by industry and brand alignment. A boutique fitness chain or a wellness-forward tech company has a real shot. A regional insurance brokerage probably doesn't, and there's no appeal beyond waiting six months.
If all three line up, apply, and use the alternatives below for everything you need in the meantime. If they don't, the alternatives are the plan, and you'll get a comparable piece in your recipients' hands about a month from now.

The best custom Lululemon alternatives for corporate apparel
Four brands cover the same territory (soft performance knits, athletic fits, pieces people wear on weekends) and all four run co-branding programs we can order through. Prices below are our current per-piece prices at the 24-piece minimum and at the top volume tier, before embroidery. Embroidery runs about $5 to $9 per piece depending on quantity, plus a one-time $55 setup per logo.
Vuori: the closest match
If you searched "custom lululemon" you almost certainly want Vuori. Same category (California athleisure), same fabric feel (Vuori's DreamKnit and Strato Tech knits sit right alongside Lululemon's), and the same tendency for people to wear it on a Saturday. Vuori's co-branding program is embroidery-only, requires Vuori's sign-off on your logo and use case (three to five business days, which we handle), and runs on a 24-piece minimum with six per style and color. Lead time is about 30 days from approved artwork. Our full custom Vuori guide covers the whole 26-piece lineup.
Ponto Pullover Hoodie, $118 at 24, $103 at 1,000. DreamKnit, 89 percent recycled, relaxed fit. The piece we'd put against a Lululemon Steady State hoodie.
Strato Tech Polo, $68 at 24, $59 at 1,000. Vuori's best-selling polo, the sales-team and golf-outing answer. Full breakdown here.
Halo Modern Crew, $98 at 24, $85 at 1,000. Relaxed women's long-sleeve crew in DreamKnit. The lowest entry point into the Vuori lineup.
Echo Insulated Vest and Canyon Insulated Vest, $158 at 24, $137 at 1,000. The executive and client-gift layer. See custom Vuori vests.

Marine Layer: the softest and the best value
Marine Layer is the San Francisco brand built on absurdly soft fabric (their Signature tee is made from recycled beechwood fiber), and it's the lineup we ship most for onboarding kits and swag boxes because the price-to-feel ratio is the best in the catalog. Same 24-piece minimum, embroidered logos, about 30 days. Browse the full custom Marine Layer collection.
Afternoon Full Zip Hoodie, $103 at 24, $70 at 1,000. The anchor of our Executive Gift pack. Also in a women's cut.
Sunset Pullover Hoodie, $95 at 24, $65 at 1,000. Lightweight pullover, men's and women's. The budget-friendly hoodie that still feels premium.
Cloud 9 Fleece Relaxed Crewneck, $103 at 24, $71 at 1,000. Marine Layer's plushest fleece in a crew. Men's and women's.
Signature T-Shirt, $45 at 24, $31 at 1,000. The tee people describe as the softest they own. The right pick when you need 500 pieces and a premium name. Women's too.

Peter Millar: the executive tier
When the recipient is a board member, a top client, or a partner-level executive, Peter Millar is the brand that reads as a gift rather than merch. Country-club performance fabrics, clean solids, and a price point that signals it. 24-piece minimum, embroidered logos, about 30 days. See the custom Peter Millar collection.
Perth Performance Quarter-Zip, $174 at 24, $124 at 1,000. The single most-requested executive piece in our catalog. Women's matches.
Pine Performance Hoodie, $150 at 24, $107 at 1,000. The hoodie for people who don't wear hoodies. Men's and women's.
Solid Performance Polo, $105 at 24, $75 at 1,000. Six clean colors, the golf-gift standard.
Essex Quilted Vest, $248 at 24, $177 at 1,000. Executive outerwear for a short list.

TravisMathew: the widest color range
TravisMathew is the choice when you need a specific brand color, matched men's and women's sets, or a golf-first fit. Thirty-plus polos and layers, 24-piece minimum, embroidered logos, about 30 days. Our custom TravisMathew guide has the full lineup; the Coto Performance Polo ($86 at 24, $61 at 1,000) in ten colors is the place to start.

Lululemon Corporate Program vs. ordering an alternative
Side by side, using Lululemon's published terms and our catalog.
- Minimum order: Lululemon Corporate, 50 units (Bulk Order Support, 12 per colorway, small teams only). Alternatives through Merchwell, 24 pieces, 6 per style and color.
- Approval: Lululemon, application with roughly 15-business-day review, industry and values fit required, six-month wait after a denial. Vuori, three to five business days for logo approval, handled by us. Marine Layer, Peter Millar, TravisMathew, no separate brand approval.
- Pricing: Lululemon, exclusive B2B pricing visible only after approval. Alternatives, live per-unit pricing on every product page and in the Pack Builder before you talk to anyone.
- Timeline: Lululemon, application plus agreement plus production; plan on two to three months for a first order. Alternatives, about 30 days from approved artwork.
- Kitting and fulfillment: Lululemon ships product; packaging, kitting with drinkware, and per-employee shipping are on you. Alternatives can go straight into a swag box with Reserve packaging, stored, and shipped to individuals via claim pages.
- Brand recognition: Lululemon wins on name recognition, no argument. Vuori is close and gaining; Peter Millar wins in the executive and golf world; Marine Layer wins on feel per dollar.

How to order Lululemon-alternative apparel with your logo
1. Pick a brand and two or three pieces. Most programs pair one hoodie or quarter-zip with one polo or tee so there's a piece for every climate and dress code. Browse Vuori, Marine Layer, Peter Millar, or TravisMathew.
2. Send vector artwork. We digitize it for embroidery, match thread colors, and send a proof on the actual garment color. Tone-on-tone is the premium look on athleisure; keep the mark small.
3. Approve the proof (and, for Vuori, we get the brand's sign-off). Three to five business days for Vuori. Immediate for the others.
4. Production and delivery in about 30 days. Ship everything to one office, or send recipients a claim page to pick their size and address and we ship individually. For sizing help, our employee swag playbook covers how to collect sizes without a spreadsheet.
Custom Lululemon FAQ
Does Lululemon do custom orders?
Yes, in three limited ways: the Corporate Program (application-based, 50-unit minimum, logo customization on a curated assortment), Bulk Order Support for small teams and studios (12 per colorway, no logos, North America only), and a consumer water-bottle customizer that allows text and stock graphics but not logos. Lululemon does not sell blank product to promotional merch companies.
Can I put my company logo on Lululemon?
Only if your company is approved into the Lululemon Corporate Program, which requires an application, a 50-unit minimum, and a corporate bulk agreement. Approval isn't guaranteed and depends on industry and brand fit. The consumer customization site does not allow logos.
Can Lululemon be embroidered?
Corporate Program partners can have logos applied through Lululemon's curated corporate assortment. Retail product can be embroidered by a third party at your own risk, with no volume pricing, no replacement path, and no brand guidance on placement for stretch knits. For a company order, that's rarely the right call.
How much does custom Lululemon cost?
Lululemon doesn't publish corporate pricing; it's available on its B2B site after approval. For a rough comparison, Vuori runs $59 to $118 per piece at volume through Merchwell, Marine Layer $31 to $155, Peter Millar $75 to $248, TravisMathew from $61, plus $5 to $9 per piece for embroidery and a $55 setup per logo.
What is the best alternative to custom Lululemon?
Vuori, for the closest match on fabric, fit, and brand feel. Marine Layer if softness and budget matter most, Peter Millar for executive and client gifts, TravisMathew for color range and golf. All four run co-branding programs with a 24-piece minimum and about 30 days to delivery.
How long does a Lululemon corporate order take?
Lululemon quotes about 15 business days for an application response, then onboarding and a corporate agreement before your first order can be produced. Plan on two to three months for a first delivery. Alternatives through Merchwell take about 30 days from approved artwork.
Custom Lululemon exists, and for the right company with the right timeline it's worth applying. For everyone else, the goal was never the logo on the label; it was apparel people would choose to wear that happens to carry yours. Vuori, Marine Layer, Peter Millar, and TravisMathew clear that bar, ship in a month, and don't require a six-month wait if the answer is no. Our best company merch guide puts all four in context with the rest of a premium program.
