Custom Vuori is now available at Merchwell. As of this week, twelve pieces from Vuori's premium athleisure lineup can be ordered with your company's embroidered logo. How custom Vuori with your logo works
Vuori treats co-branded orders as a partnership, not a transaction. The process is more involved than ordering blanks from a generic supplier, but the rules exist to keep the brand consistent and to make sure the finished product looks as good as the retail version.
Co-branding requires preapproval. Every custom Vuori order needs Vuori to approve the logo, intended use, and event details before production starts. Merchwell handles this submission for you. You provide the artwork and a quick summary of how the merch will be used (employee gifting, client gift, conference, etc.), and we get the green light from Vuori within a few business days.
Embroidery only. Vuori does not allow screen printing or DTG on any piece in the collection. All branding is embroidered, either tone-on-tone or in your brand colors. This is part of why embroidered Vuori looks retail-quality, and embroidery is also the most durable decoration method, so the logo will outlast the garment.
Minimums: 24 pieces total, 6 per style and color. You can mix styles and sizes within an order, but each style and color combination needs at least 6 units. A common corporate Vuori order looks like 12 Ponto Pullover Hoodies in black plus 12 Ponto Pullover Hoodies in heather grey, or 6 Strato Polos in 4 different colors.
Lead time: 30 days. From the moment Vuori approves the artwork, plan on roughly 30 days to delivery. Plan accordingly for events, holidays, or onboarding cohorts.

Pricing is set at the unit level and decreases at volume breaks (72, 144, 288, 500, and 1,000 or more units). Prices below show the lowest tier ("from") plus the 24-piece-minimum starting price for each piece in the launch collection.

Mid tier (from $96 to $111). Halo Modern Pullover (from $96, $110 at 24-min), Ponto Performance Crew (from $96, $110 at 24-min), Ponto Pullover Hoodie (from $103, $118 at 24-min), Sunday Element Jacket (from $111, $128 at 24-min). The sweet spot for employee swag programs and new hire kits.
Premium tier (from $155 to $259). Echo Insulated Vest 3.0 (from $155, $178 at 24-min), Canyon Insulated Sporty Vest (from $155, $178 at 24-min), Echo Insulated Jacket 3.0 (from $172, $198 at 24-min), Steadfast Insulated Jacket (from $259, $298 at 24-min). For executive gifts, client appreciation, or work anniversary milestones where the gift needs to land.
Volume breaks bring per-unit pricing down meaningfully. A 1,000-unit Ponto Pullover Hoodie order lands at $103 versus $118 at the 24-piece minimum, roughly 13 percent off. If you're planning a company-wide rollout, larger custom Vuori orders pay off quickly.
How to order custom Vuori for your team

1. Pick your styles and colors. Browse the 12 corporate Vuori options above or tell us the use case (employee swag, executive gift, client gift, event giveaway) and we'll suggest options.
2. Send us your logo. Vector format preferred (.ai, .eps, .svg). We'll digitize it for embroidery and send a digital proof for approval.
3. We submit to Vuori for co-branding approval. Approval typically lands within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Production and delivery. Once approved, plan on 30 days to delivery. We can ship the full custom Vuori order to one location or split shipments to individual employee addresses through Merchwell's storage and kit fulfillment service.
